I can only say.......

Very positively! Very simple to execute(took a few weeks) since I had the money all I get is the odd statement!
Brilliant stuff go for it!

Very similar experience myself - good service and friendly staff!

Me to! I was surprised that the process was as straight forward as it proved to be.

I am pleased at the result but it took far too long - over 2 months.

Sorry to say the solicitors used by Norwich Union made it very stressful and asked for unnecessary priority search which added to expense.

On the whole, a very useful option to have but needs better administration.

Very smooth, professional service, used Age Partnership's recomended solicitors ( Blacks) no problems at all.

I have just taken out equity release and my grandson helped me. He noticed that certain companies could get better rates than others! I would suggest you use a company that looks at all lenders. I dont know if age partnership do that but i used a company called mature finance who do. I am sure lots of companies do this but I know you should shop around to get the best lender and solicitor!

I think the above comments attest to the fact that equity release is both safe and worthwhile

Equity Release may involve a lifetime mortgage or home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks ask for a personalised illustration.
